Mark has carried out work for me in the past and I have always been delighted with the service he provides, I recently bought a cooker from a major high street retailer and asked advice from them about the wiring of the new product, however I was given contrasting views by 2 of their sales staff. I then checked in with Mark who explained what was required in none technical terms (so I actually understood what was needed), carried out the work quickly and efficiently and showed great flexibility to make sure my new cooker was operational without any delay following delivery - I highly recommend him!
Mark came highly recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad he was. Mark upgraded our old wire fuse board to a new consumer unit. Mark contacted me very quickly and came to have a look at the task in hand, he provided us with a great price and within a couple of hours a date for the installation. During the installation Mark was prompt, professional and left our hallway tidier than he found it .. I would highly recommend Mark and will continue to use him for any further electrical work, in fact I'm booking him for fitting our new security lights.

Mark Shepherd just installed a 32A charger for our BMW i3 on an outbuilding (on the recommendation of my brother - see his review above). I feel it's worth giving Mark a glowing review of my own, because he does stand out from other installers I've met. Without any oversight he did a lovely tidy installation, positioning everything neatly and routing the cables intelligently (to avoid damaging our mouse-sealed outbuilding). He also had the experience and acumen to know that we could have the charger on the outbuilding and not via an ugly armoured cable snaking around our cottage. Thanks Mark and highly recommended!
I asked Mark to fit a bathroom extractor fan.However when Mark visited the property he saw that it was going to be a difficult job and therefore far too expensive for what it was.He decided to do some research and came up with a cost-effective solution by installing a wall mounted dehumidifying unit.Mark and his assistant were always punctual and friendly and worked hard.They kept me informed of the progress and were very tidy.Mark is definitely the best person I have ever asked to work on the house.
